VEXON Fabric Technology
VEXON is the fabric system behind every SPIKXA garment — engineered for athletes who need gear that moves, breathes, and holds up. It isn't one material; it's a family of performance fabrics, each built for a specific job.
Most activewear asks you to choose between stretch and structure, or between lightweight and durable. VEXON is our answer to not compromising.
The VEXON system
VEXON Flex — the core
A 90/10 polyester-spandex blend with 4-way stretch and full shape recovery. It moves in every direction you do and snaps back to shape — so it won't bag out at the knees or elbows after a few wears. This is the foundation of the core range.
VEXON Pure — built for tees
100% polyester, tuned to be lightweight and fast-drying. Polyester naturally absorbs very little moisture, so sweat moves to the surface and dries faster instead of sitting heavy against your skin through a session.
VEXON Re — next in line
Recycled polyester, engineered to the same performance standard as VEXON Pure — for the same gear with a lighter footprint. Launching with our next drop.
What makes it perform
- 4-way stretch & recovery — full range of movement, then back to shape. No restriction, no sagging.
- Featherlight build — around 160GSM: light enough to forget you're wearing it, structured enough to hold its shape.
- Flatlock seams — bonded to sit flat against the body, reducing the seam rub and chafe that show up at speed and over distance.
Why we built our own fabric
SPIKXA was founded by a former professional volleyball player — someone who competed in performance wear before ever designing it. VEXON exists because off-the-shelf gear kept falling short on the things that matter mid-game: stretch that lasts, weight you don't notice, and seams that don't distract. Every VEXON fabric is chosen for how it holds up under real training, not how it looks on a hanger.
Built on the court. Made for every arena.

VEXON: common questions
Is VEXON the same thing as SPIKXA?
No. SPIKXA is the brand. VEXON is the performance fabric system our garments are made from — the way a car brand might have its own engine platform.
What's the difference between VEXON Flex, Pure, and Re?
VEXON Flex is our 90/10 polyester-spandex core fabric, built for 4-way stretch and recovery. VEXON Pure is 100% polyester, used for lightweight, fast-drying tees. VEXON Re is recycled polyester built to the same standard as Pure, launching with our next drop.
Does VEXON lose its shape over time?
VEXON Flex is engineered with full shape recovery, so it returns to form after stretching rather than bagging out at high-movement areas like knees and elbows.
Is VEXON sustainable?
VEXON Re is our recycled-polyester fabric, delivering the same performance with a lower-impact input. It launches with our next drop — we'd rather introduce it when it's genuinely ready than make claims we can't yet stand behind.
Is VEXON good for sports beyond the gym?
Yes — it was built around court sport, where quick multidirectional movement, sweat management, and durability all matter at once. Those same properties carry over to training, running, and everyday wear.
